Two days full of exchange and new impulses: our team days were not only an opportunity to optimize processes and deepen knowledge, but also to strengthen our team spirit.
Impulses for the future
The event started with an inspiring speech by Richard Utikal, who not only addressed current developments, but also paid tribute to UTIKAL's 35th anniversary - a milestone that makes us proud. We started with important organizational topics before moving on to the further development of internal processes: from the introduction of ScopeVisio to the structuring of project work and the optimization of our cross-divisional collaboration. The presentation of our new company wiki was particularly exciting - a knowledge platform that will make everyday work easier for everyone in the future.
Deepening knowledge & shaping the future together
In addition to specialist topics, there was also plenty of time to focus on how to shape the future: a specialist presentation on company pension schemes offered valuable insights before the interactive workshop “Shaping the future together” opened up new perspectives.
A glowing finish in 3D
Besides all the strategy and planning, there was one thing we couldn't miss out on: fun! In 3D black light mini golf, we immersed ourselves in a colorful, glowing world - with fluorescent courses, optical illusions and lots of fun. Sometimes with precision, sometimes with creativity, but always with a smile, we “fought” our way through the course. A playful finale that showed us how to work together: Cooperation, skill and a bit of humor are the key to success not only on the job, but also on the mini golf course!
Shared experiences, valuable insights and a strengthened team spirit - we are looking forward to the next challenges full of motivation. We would like to thank Richard Utikal for the inspiring days.
