Team days

The entire UTIKAL team came together again at the end of May 2023 for our “Team Days”, which take place twice a year, to discuss both general and team-specific matters in working groups and update existing knowledge. Of course, promoting team spirit is always an important subject as well.
A special highlight of these workshop was a First Aid training, which all employees completed to save lives in case of an emergency. In addition to theoretical knowledge transfer, we performed many practical exercises, such as practicing cardiac massage to the beats of “Stayin’ Alive”.
During best weather we finished the Team Days at the local lake and were spoilt by both food and sunshine.
