From November 12 to 14, our team days were a complete success - with exciting topics, creative group work and a dash of Asian spice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Better communication - within the company and with our customers<\/strong>
\nTo kick things off, we went straight into practice: how do we talk to our customers in a way that comes through as both professional and personal? We received lots of tips, food for thought and the chance for an eye-opening moment or two. Topics such as time recording, DMS or documents for customer use were also on the agenda - something that is often overlooked in everyday life, but is super important.<\/p>\n

Teamwork in action: our working groups<\/strong>
\nWe worked intensively in small, focused groups:
\nProject review to improve our performance and measures on how we can support our customers even better. Further developments and ideas for our portfolio were developed. Improvement of project filing and internal communication. We not only analyzed, but also worked directly on solutions - with many concrete results.<\/p>\n

Cooking connects - Asian evening with taste<\/strong>
\nOn Wednesday evening, it was time to put on aprons and get to the stove! The collective vegan cooking workshop with Asian cuisine was a real highlight - delicious, fun and a great way to round off an intensive day. This makes team building really fun!<\/p>\n

With a boost into the coming year<\/strong>
\nAt the end, there was a clear list of to-dos and measures that will take us forward in 2025. We would like to thank everyone who took part, contributed their ideas and made these days so special.<\/p>\n

We are already looking forward to the next team days - and to everything we will implement together until then!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t
